This page is for the Wombly: Pregnancy Journal app. There are two ways; both do the same thing.
If you cannot reach the app, write to support@wombly.app from your account's email address and ask for your account to be deleted. We complete the request within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, the following is removed completely and irreversibly:
Every personal field on the account row is cleared at the same time: your name, email address, your baby's name, your emergency contact, your medical history and chronic conditions, your pregnancy dates, your date of birth, your height and weight, your doctor's name and phone number, your password, your Google and Apple identities, and your subscription details.
What remains is a few rows that do not identify you: a random identifier, the
date of deletion, and an invalid placeholder email address (deleted-…@wombly.invalid).
That row holds none of your name, email, measurements or health information. The only reason we keep it is to stop the same record being recreated. It is kept indefinitely, because it contains no personal data.
Your partner link is removed and your partner can no longer see your records. Your partner's own account and their own data are not affected; their account is separate and theirs to delete.
